Aktuelle Themen SSE
The lecture provides a broad overview of the area of software and systems engineering. It covers selected current topics and trends in the field of software engineering and development in depth. The students will learn how to classify and validate upcoming trends and new technologies in this research area. During the semester the students work on a project exercise which will teach them how to use and evaluate new technologies in the field. More information can be found in the module guide.
The lecture will cover the following topics among other things:
- Scrum and agile software development
- Quality assured software development according to the medical device directive
- Software licence models
- (Functional) reactive programming
The lecture consists of multiple longer courses (about 4 hours each). There is no weekly meeting.
Instead of weekly exercise sheets, the students have to work on a project exercise during the semester which will be discussed at the end of the semester.
